Please select which you would prefer, AU and USA Porcini are very similar with bold nutty flavours while European Porcini has a rich smoky flavour.

All mushrooms must be washed and cooked prior to consumption.
Soak in 1 cup of water per 10g dried mushrooms for 20-30mins, or in the refrigerator overnight.
