Not all great mushrooms can be harvested from the wild, so we cultivate them and allow them to grow without artificial climates. We add water and move them around outdoor areas to help them thrive but do not turn on any electricity, lights, humidifiers or temperature controls.

All mushrooms must be washed and cooked prior to consumption.
