Wild #mushroom bounty!! #rhizopogons #morels and a #slipperyjack ! Rhizopogon (shoro) are a delicacy in East Asia, for their unique texture and ability to absorb flavours from foods they're cooked with. Due to its popularity and over-harvesting it is now considered rare in Japan... Only use pale white fleshed, ruby bruising shoro for best quality.
